Brady welcomes Jay Harrison, a Canadian former professional ice hockey defenceman who played for the Toronto Maple Leafs, Carolina Hurricanes and the Winnipeg Jets of the National Hockey League. Here is a quick bio: Jay Harrison is a licensed mental health counsellor who consults for professional athletic organizations, police and first responder organizations, and other high performance corporations on aspects pertaining to performance, wellness, recruiting, and mental health. Jay integrates his 15 years experience as a NHL player with his clinical and academic training to gain a unique understanding of elite performance . Jay understands, connects, and communicates with his clients in a way that honors their authentic selves while inspiring greater confidence, leadership, and commitment to acclimating their fullest potential. Education: PhD, Performance Psychology (expected in the next 8 weeks!)
